Trilspay will never ask you to disclose your password, PIN, or OTP. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Trilspay Support immediately.

Trilspay reserves the right to investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, illegal, or abusive activity.
8. Wallet Services
Where wallet services are available, your Trilspay wallet allows you to hold electronic value for transactions within the Trilspay platform.
You understand and agree that:
- Wallet balances may only be used for supported Trilspay services.
- Wallet funding may be subject to payment provider confirmation.
- Wallet transactions may be subject to limits.
- Wallet access may be restricted for compliance, security, or fraud prevention reasons.
- Trilspay may reverse, hold, or review wallet credits resulting from suspicious, failed, disputed, or unauthorized transactions.
- Wallet balances are not a bank deposit unless expressly stated by a licensed banking partner.
9. Bill Payments and Digital Transactions
Trilspay allows users to pay for services such as airtime, data, electricity, TV subscriptions, betting wallet funding, and other digital products.
By making a transaction, you agree that:
- You are responsible for entering correct details.
- You must confirm customer names, meter numbers, smartcard numbers, phone numbers, package names, and amounts before payment.
- Successful transactions may not be reversible.
- Some transactions may be delayed due to banks, service providers, payment processors, network providers, or technical issues.
- Trilspay is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect details supplied by you.
- Service availability may vary depending on third-party providers.
10. Transaction Status
Successful
This means the transaction has been processed and completed.
Pending
This means the transaction is still being processed and may later become successful, failed, or reversed.
Failed
This means the transaction could not be completed. If you were debited, the amount may be reversed after confirmation.
Reversed
This means the value of a failed or disputed transaction has been returned to your wallet or payment source, where applicable.
11. Failed Transactions and Reversals
If a transaction fails but you are debited, Trilspay will review the transaction and may initiate a reversal where applicable.
You understand that reversal timelines may depend on:
- Banks
- Payment gateways
- Bill payment aggregators
- Network providers
- Electricity distribution companies
- Cable TV providers
- Betting providers
- Other third-party service providers
Trilspay will make reasonable efforts to resolve failed transaction issues, but we do not guarantee instant reversal in every case.
12. Charges and Fees
